The Luray Moose Lodge has been a struggling Lodge for some time now and we are starting to turn a corner thanks to Powerhouse Gaming and Bob Jekanowski. Like so many Lodges, our membership had been dropping off and we needed to adopt a different approach to make this fraternity attractive to a wider group. One of the things we started was a Tiki Bar and June 6, 2015 was the grand opening. With the outstanding support we received from Powerhouse Gaming and Bob Jekanowski our Tiki Bar was a huge success. On March 1, 2015, your company installed new gaming machines at the South Norfolk Moose Lodge (Lodge #464) in Chesapeake, Virginia. The entire purchasing and installation process was seamless and the customer service we received was extraordinary. In particular, the technical support staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered and that our new gaming machines were operating successfully. It is exceptional employees like Ben Williamson and Eric Paterson (and many others in both your Richmond, Virginia and California office) that make a good company great. My name is Ron Bennett and I am the Administrator of Chesterfield Moose Lodge 1980. I have been the Administrator at the lodge for over one and a half years.
I am writing this letter as an endorsement of Powerhouse Gaming and their Power TabTM Electronic Pull Tab system. Chesterfield Lodge has had electronic pull tabs ever since they were approved by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Not only have we looked at the competitors’ products, but we installed and tried the Oasis Golden Touch system and both the V-Tabs Eagle I and V- Tabs Eagle II. It was once we installed the Powerhouse Power Tab system that we started making a lot of money.
The Power Tab system is very easy to operate and has a number of advantages over the other systems including integrated accounting which allows us to balance to the penny at the conclusion of each and every shift. The players love the variety of games and particularly enjoy the enhanced payouts. The Powerhouse Power Tab system has more jackpot prizes and bonus rounds than the competition which allows the players to win more often. The players simply stay and play the Powerhouse machines much longer than they ever did with either Oasis or V-Tabs.
The service and support from Powerhouse is fantastic as they are always available to deal with any issues that may arise. I have found Powerhouse to be very straightforward and trust worthy, they truly are a partner to the lodge and assist us with “in-house” promotions and any special events we are having.
